Nicole Blake (Elementary Art Teacher) had the honor of choosing one art student in the district to send one piece of artwork for display at The Portland Museum of Art. This is a month-long exhibition put on by The Maine Art Education Association and the Portland Museum of Art to celebrate Youth Art Month. Mount Vernon Elementary student Mya Brown is honored to be this year’s choice. Her ying/yang art piece is a true work of art.
